Per aspera ad astra-through the rough we will reach the stars.
I`m Alexandra, a loving mom of two, a supportive wife, and an accomplished business consultant and coach with a passion for helping businesses and people thrive.
For many years I helped businesses thrive by building strategies for success as a consultant. My passion shifted 10 years ago when I founded a Child Protection organization committed to protect children from bullying, abuse and violence through prevention. What started as a small non-profit side hustle is now the solid component of my local community. With over 150 events and school workshops every year we build Resilience, Self-Worth in children, coach Parents, raise awareness about bullying, violence, social media and the importance of Tolerance and Mental Mealth for our young generation.
Inspired by my work with numerous Families and Children and my own Children`s challenges with ASD, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety and Depression I embraced the role of a parent coach, guiding families through similar challenges. My own family's journey of struggle, fear, hope, perseverance and resilience has led my mission to make a positive impact on others, combining my Expertise with heartfelt Dedication.
I believe that what we think is impossible for our child today can become possible tomorrow- because as Moms and Dads we are more powerful if we sometimes believe. That is why I developed my Empowering Parents Coaching Program- to help you become the parent you want to be and to support you along the way.
My Motto: Per aspera ad astra...through the rough to the stars.
